Qamar Musa

Qamar holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the United States International University – Africa. She has over five years of experience in assurance engagements. She has audited hedge funds, private equity, manufacturing, banks and insurance clients. She is finalizing her requirements to become a Certified Public Accountant (Kenya). 
 
Qamar previously worked in Deloitte New York where she audited funds of one of the largest alternative asset managers, under US GAAP. This included reviewing financial statements, preparing management representation letters, investment valuation of level 3 assets, auditing carried interest calculations, and coordinating with overseas teams.
